Kati Kulovesi
Kati Kulovesi (Finish) is Professor of International Law and Co-Director of the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law (CCEEL) at the University of Eastern Finland.
Her expertise spans international climate law, EU climate policy and carbon markets. She is a member of the Finnish Climate Change Panel and the Sámi Climate Council and has participated in UN climate negotiations. Her research integrates legal analysis with climate science and policy. She has received major research grants, including an ERC Starting Grant, and has published extensively on climate law and governance.
